Cute but some of the keys don't work

I love the look, and mostly it functions well. I took the big Miffy button off and replaced with delete, insert, PgUp, etc. PgUp and PgDn work, but the rest do not. I have emailed them about it and got no response. This means I don't have an easy delete key, which is something I used to use all the time. The only delete button now is on the very right of the keyboard, and I have to hit shift as well. Very annoying.
